2. Definitions

• "Seller" refers to any individual or business listing products or services on the platform
• "Buyer" refers to any individual purchasing or inquiring about a product/service
• "Product" includes physical items and services listed on the marketplace

3. Seller Responsibilities

• Ensure that all product listings are accurate and up to date
• Fulfill orders within the promised time frame
• Respond to buyer inquiries promptly
• Handle returns and cancellations as per the listed policy
• Comply with all applicable laws and tax regulations

4. Buyer Responsibilities

• Read the full product description before making a purchase
• Communicate clearly with sellers for custom or “contact first” items
• Make timely payments via supported methods
• Respect the seller’s return, refund, and delivery policies

5. Payments & Commission

• Direct Checkout orders are subject to a commission fee (standard 10%, temporary 5%)
• Sellers will receive payouts on the 1st of each month for eligible orders

6. Order Disputes

• Buyers should first contact the seller for order issues
• If unresolved, buyers can reach out to Shaadi Planner support for mediation
• Shaadi Planner may intervene but is not liable for transactions made outside the platform

7. Intellectual Property

• All content on the platform, including logos, images, and branding, is the property of Shaadi Planner or its licensors
• Sellers retain rights to their own product photos and descriptions but grant Shaadi Planner permission to use them for promotional purposes

8. Limitation of Liability

• Shaadi Planner is a marketplace facilitator and is not responsible for the quality, delivery, or legality of the products sold
• We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from platform use

9. Termination

• Shaadi Planner may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or harm the platform’s reputation
• Users may deactivate their accounts at any time by request

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via email or on the platform. Continued use of the platform implies acceptance of the updated terms.
