At the Shaadi Planner Marketplace, we work with multiple sellers. Return policies may vary per seller.
If you are unsure about a product, we strongly advise checking the return conditions on the product page before purchasing or contacting the seller via live chat.
Return Policy
Returns are not automatically accepted unless explicitly stated by the seller on the product page.
If you wish to return a product: 1. Contact the seller first via live chat. 2. Confirm whether the item qualifies for return. 3. Follow the seller’s return instructions. Returns sent without prior communication may be refused.
Exceptions
The following products are generally excluded from returns unless otherwise stated: - Custom-made items - Bridal couture - Personalized products - Special-order items - Products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons
Refunds
If a return is accepted: - The refund will be processed according to the seller’s stated conditions. - Shipping or administrative fees may be deducted if this was communicated in advance. Processing times may vary per seller.
Order Cancellation
An order can only be cancelled if it has not yet been shipped or entered production. For custom or request-based orders, cancellation is typically not possible once production has started. For cancellations, contact the seller immediately via live chat.
